corrects and restores the entire body system by finding the original state of health, the body can restore itself and function well In a Sotai workshop, you will learn self-healing movements, including how to use, maintain and correct your body naturally in your daily lives Sotai does not work with the pain body but rather works where the body is comfortable and at ease. This helps the body to awaken trust and automatically lets the body restore and resolve problems by itself.
